Dr. Todd Baggaley, D.M.D.

"Dr. B"

To start, a unique Dr. B fact - He is one of TWELVE children - same Mom, same Dad. With seven younger siblings there are very few people who can match his experience in working with kids.

Likewise, Dr. Baggaley is a father to four of his own children who he shares with his lovely wife of 25 years. With this background, Dr. Baggaley has a firm grasp of family dynamics which benefits him greatly as a healthcare provider for children and their families. He understands that a child’s teeth are part of a much larger picture that encompasses their world and their family’s reality - both of which are unique to each patient. As a result, Dr. Baggaley utilizes a spirit of encouragement in his tailored approach to the specific dental needs of each patient.

Also worth noting, as an adolescent, Dr Baggaley was a “difficult child.”  Diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 5, he struggled with significant behavioral issues until the age of 12.

Funny Fact: At his 6 month dental checkup 8 year old Todd punched his own dentist when he attempted to perform treatment on Todd’s tooth.

This experience, and many others, have gifted Dr. B with a unique understanding of kids who struggle with such problems and a deep respect for their parents. For children who deal with these, or other special circumstances, Dr. Baggaley offers a viewpoint of reassurance and hope. He knows that through determination and hard work great things can be accomplished, not only in the realm of dental health, but in all aspects of life.

Experience and Education

Dr. Baggaley also has robust experience with the special needs population. Of his eleven siblings, the brother just older than him was/is affected by intellectual challenges. Dr. Baggaley had the privilege of maturing under the influencing light of this brother, personally witnessing the character cultivated in families under such circumstances.

In addition to growing alongside this sibling, Dr. B also had the privilege of serving 3 adult men with special needs in a group home setting during his high school years. All of these experiences granted Dr. B an appreciation for individuals with exceptional challenges. As such, he understands and provides the care they need and deserve.

And lastly, because it’s important to cite educational qualifications…

YES… Dr. Baggaley completed college (Brigham Young University, 2004)

Yes… Dr. Baggaley completed a board certified dental school education (UNLV School of Dental Medicine, 2008)...

Yes… Dr. Baggaley completed training in a certified pediatric dental residency (UNLV Advanced Education in Pediatric Dentistry, 2011)...

AND… Since 2011 he has worked full time as a pediatric dentist in his own pediatric dental practice in Las Vegas, Nevada until moving his practice to Texas in 2025…

YET… As important as those qualifications are, Dr. B believes it is actually the traits he’s learned as a father, a brother, a son, and a friend that qualify him most for the work of treating your children and your families as your pediatric dentist.

Aleesha

Pediatric Dental Assistant

Aleesha is our Pediatric Dental Assistant with over three years of experience. She truly loves helping children build healthy, confident smiles. Working with kids every day has shown her how important it is to create a gentle, positive experience — especially for little ones who may feel nervous about visiting the dentist.

She takes pride in making each child feel safe, heard, and comfortable from the moment they sit in the chair. Whether she’s assisting during procedures, taking X-rays, or showing families fun and easy ways to care for teeth at home, her goal is always to make dental visits something kids can feel good about.

Being part of a team that supports children’s health and confidence is incredibly rewarding, and she’s grateful to play a role in helping young patients grow up smiling bright.

Outside the office, Aleesha is adventurous and always ready to make memories. She loves to have fun with friends laughing a lot and turning normal days into super fun days. She LOVES to sing! If there is music playing there’s a good chance that she’s singing along. She also enjoys swimming and basking in the sun. She says that life is too short not to sing loudly, swim freely, bask in the sunshine and love what you love wholeheartedly!

Zara

Patient Care Coordinator

Zara loves being part of a team that helps little smiles grow big and healthy. As a Patient Care Coordinator, she is often the first friendly voice families hear and the first smiling face they see when they walk through the door. She believes every child deserves to feel safe, welcomed, and celebrated at the dentist.

With a caring heart and a natural gift for organization, Zara helps families navigate scheduling, treatment plans, and insurance questions with ease. She understands that visiting the dentist can sometimes feel intimidating for children (and parents!), so she goes the extra mile to make each experience as smooth and reassuring as possible.

Zara truly enjoys building relationships with families and watching patients grow year after year. Seeing a nervous child leave with a confident smile is one of the most rewarding parts of her day.

When she’s not at the office, Zara enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children, working out and volunteering in her community. She brings that same warmth and positive energy into everything she does.
